Complaints Publication Report

We aim to provide an excellent service for our clients and their end customers. We know that sometimes things can go wrong and we aim to find a balanced resolution to any customer complaints both promptly and fairly.

We operate complaints procedures that meet the requirements of both the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) and the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS).
